Supplies Needed


Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Barbara Jensen, which can be purchased here.
PTU scrap kit, A Fairy Spring, by Chili Designz,
which can be purchased at the store Scraps And The City.
Background of your choice. I used Fantasy Background Stock Splits by Ana Racha, here.
Mask of your choice. I used WSL_Mask84.
Font: Adios Script Pro.
Features of the PSP.


Let's begin!

1-Open a file 800x800 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_ frame2.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Layers> duplicate. Move a copy below.
Place the copy to the top left.
See my tag for reference.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside one of the layers of the frame.
Hold down the Shift key and click inside the other layer frame.
The two layers should be selected.
Selections> modify> expand = 8,00.
Keep the selection.
Highlight the background layer.
Add new layer.

2-Open a paper or background of your choice.
I used Stock_Fantasy_Background2.
Copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
Open CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_branch5.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer, place the frame's layer.
See my tag for reference.
Drop shadow.
Open CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_bow4.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Layers> Duplicate.
Place on layers of frames.
Drop shadow.
Open CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_flower.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate layers> duplicate 3 times.
Place on layers of lace.
Place other copies around the layers of the frame.
Drop shadow.

3-Open the tube chosen.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place on layers of frames.
Drop shadow.
Open CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_bird.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Position on the fairy's hand.
Drop shadow.
Open CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_tag.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Place the bottom layer of the bottom frame.
Drop shadow.
Open the files:
CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_butterfly2.png
CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_butterfly.png
CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_trail.png (duplicate these layers to your liking).
Copy, paste as new layers.
Resize appropriate.
Place your taste or see my tag for reference.
Drop shadow.

4-Highlight the background layer.
Selections> all> add new layer.
Open CHILI_DESIGNZ_A_Fairy_Spring_paper7.jpg.
Copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
Apply the mask.
Layers> Merge group.
Adjust the mask to your liking.
Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur.
Radius-15, 00
Effects> Texture Effects> Texture
Choose Canvas Fine



Apply the texture in the following configurations:



Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
