Let's begin!
1 - Open a 700x700
image and flood fill it white.
Open the file frame1.png, copy it and paste it as a new layer.
Resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the frame.
Hold the Shift key and click, selecting each part of the frame that was not previously selected.
Selections> modify> expand = 8.
Add a new layer and paint it with color: # d49867.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 78%.
Place this layer below the frame.
Do not remove the selection.
2 - Open paper6-BAB.jpg, copy it and paste it as a new layer.
Selections> invert and then click delete on your keyboard.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.
This layer should stay below the layer of the frame.
3 - Open your tube, copy it and paste it as a new layer.
Resize desired.
Position it so that it appears to quit within the frame.
Drop shadow.

Copy it and paste it as a new layer.
Resize desired.
Put it in the top right of your tag.
Duplicate this layer as many times as desired, resize appropriate.
Put on your tag.
Drop shadow.
Open the file flower3.png.
Repeat the same process but this time place the layers of flowers in the bottom left of the tag.
5 - Open the file charm4.png.
Copy it and paste it as a new layer.
Resize and position desired on the right side, below the layers of flowers.
See my tag for reference.
Drop shadow.
6 - Open the file candle3.png.
Copy it and paste it as a new layer between the layers of flowers in the bottom left of your tag.
7 - Turn on the frame layer, duplicate it and take it down, so it is above the flood filled white
layer (background).
Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur.
Radius = 20
Effects> Texture Effects> Blinds
Width = 4
Color = White
Opacity = 50
Horizontal = Marked.
Repeat, but this time leave marked: Horizontal and Vertical.
If you wish, add other elements.
