Supplies Needed: Tubes of your choice. I used the art of PinUp Toons, which can be purchased at CDO. PTU scrap kit, Best Friends, by Tammy's Scraps, which may be purchased at  Lollipops 'N Gumdrops. Mask of your choice. Font of your choice. Let's begin!  1-Open a file 800x800 and flood fill it white. Open Best Friends Elements 61.png. Copy, paste as new layer desired. Using the magic wand tool, click inside the frame layer. Selections> modify> expand = 15.00. Highlight the background layer, add new layer, hold down the selection. Open the Best Friends Paper 2.jpg, copy> paste into selection. Keep the selection. Open two tubes, copy them -paste as new layers. Resize appropriate. Position them to your liking. Selections> Invert. Highlight one tube at a time and click delete on the keyboard. Selections> none. Drop shadow. 2-Abra Best Friends Elements 89.png. Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate. Layers> Duplicate, position on the frame layer. Drop shadow. Open: Best Friends Elements 53.png, Best Friends Elements 54.png. Copy, paste as new layer and place on layers of lace. Drop shadow. Open the files: Best Friends Elements 18.png Best Friends Elements 104.png Copy-paste them as new layer, position. See my tag for reference. Drop shadow. Open Best Friends Elements 45.png. Copy, paste as new layer. Resize appropriate. Place the bottom. Drop shadow.  3-Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer. Place on the left, drop shadow. Highlight the background layer. Open Best Friends Elements 74.png. Copy, paste as new layer. Place on the left. Drop shadow. Highlight the background layer again. Selections> All. Add new layer. Open Best Friends Paper 7.jpg. Copy> paste into selection. Selections> none. Apply the mask> layers> merge group and adjust the mask. Open Best Friends Elements 11.png. Copy, paste as new layer. Resize appropriate. Place on top. Drop shadow. Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
