Plugin: Xero-Fritillary (Optional).
Features of Paint Shop Pro.
Animation Shop.
Font: Halloween Scriptana.
Let's begin!
1-Open an image of 900x900 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open DBS_Frame05.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Using the selection tool, make a selection on the frame layer.
Keep the selection.
Highlight the background layer and add a new layer.
Open DBS_Paper05.jpg.
Copy> paste into selection.
Keep the selection.
Open DBS_DeadBush.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate and position on the left.
Repeat this step and place the layer on the right.
Selections> invert and click delete on your keyboard.
Open the files:
DBS_Jackos.png
DBS_FreddyScarecrow.png
DBS_HauntedHouse.png
DBS_SkeletonCoffin.png
DBS_Skulls.png
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place under the frame layer.

Drop shadow.
2-Duplicate the frame layer.
Take a copy over background layer.
Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur.
Radius = 10,00
Apply Xero Fritillary plugin, if you wish.
Highlight the background layer.
Open DBS_Tree01.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the left side.
Drop shadow.
Layers> duplicate> place on the right side.
Open DBS_Tombstone01.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position on the bottom right on the frame layer.
Drop shadow.
Open DBS_Spider.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer 2 times and place (see my tag for reference).
Drop shadow.
Open your tube, copy and paste as new layer.
Drop shadow.
Add other elements if desired.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits.
Animation:
Open the AS.
Highlight the paper layer.
Apply the Eye Candy 400 HBS Noise plugin with these settings:
Highlight a layer of dry trees.
Adjust> add noise in these settings:
Uniform = checked
Monochrome = marked
Noise = 40
Apply.
Edit> Copy Merged
In AS> Paste as new animation.
Return to PSP, undo and redo the whole process.
In HBS Noise, click Random Seed and apply.
Add noise> repeat the same settings, but change the noise to 48.
Edit> Copy merged.
In AS> Paste After Current Frame.
Return to PSP Undo.
Apply the plugins as before, but in HBS Noise, click Random Seed.
In the layers of dead trees, apply the noise in the same settings, but change the noise to 56.
Edit> Copy Merged.
In AS> Paste after current frame.
See how is your tag now.
Save your tag.
