Let's begin!

Open an image of 700x700 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open the file GGS_Pink Candy Kisses_Knotted Heart Frame Ribbon 2.png.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Make a selection on the frame layer using the freehand tool.
Highlight the background layer.
Open GGS_Pink Candy Kisses_Paper 8.jpg.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.
Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize and position in the appropriate frame.
Drop shadow in the layer frame.

2-Open the file GGS_Pink Candy Kisses_Flower 1.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Place this layer on the frame layer laces.
Drop shadow.
Duplicate this layer 4 times and place.

3-Open the file
GGS_Pink Candy Kisses_Beaded Alpha String 5.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Place the left side, below the layer of the flower.
Drop shadow.
Open the file GGS_Pink Candy Kisses_Beaded Alpha String 6.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Place the right side, below the layer of the flower.

Add your text, marks, ©copyrights, credits and save your tag.
