Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Legends Art, which can be purchased at the store Scraps And The City.

Font: Paradise Script2.


Let's begin!

1-Open a file 800x800 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open pd-frame-05.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the frame layer.
Selections> modify> expand = 12.
Keep the selection.
Highlight the background layer, add a new layer.
Open sb_pmt_party-girl-pp7.jpg.
Paste into selection.
Keep the selection.
Open pd-sparkle-01.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Place, selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.

2-Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the frame layer.
Drop shadow.
Open the files:
pd-ribbon-03.png
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place on top (see my tag for reference).
Layers> Duplicate layers, position, drop shadow.

Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Position as shown in the tag.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Open pd-disk-ball.png.
Resize appropriate.
Copy, paste as new layer behind the frame layer of the upper right.
Layers> Duplicate, position the lower left.
Drop shadow.
Open sb_pmt_party-girl-flower 3.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Position as the tag.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer, open sb_pmt_party-girl-deco dots 2.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate> duplicate layer and position it as my tag.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Open sb_pmt_party-girl-print.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Place on the left.
Drop shadow.

Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
