*This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.*
Supplies Needed:
Tube and Close Up tube of your choice.
I used the art of Arthur Crowe, which can be purchased at
Scraps And The City,
as a free bonus in a $10.00 or more purchase.
Elements to your liking. I used elements of the kit, In Bloom, by
Candys Treats and elements of the kit Lust by
Bel Vidotti Scraps.
Texture: Bokeh Texture 9 de Froozen Tears, here.
Animations by Missy, here.
Animation Shop.
Font: SF Iron Gothic.
Open an image 550x200 pixels
Pick two colors from your tube. I used
#e04583 and #9970b2.
Make a Gradient in the following configuration:
Style = Linear
Angle = 45
Repeats = 3
Invert = Unchecked
Paint the image with this gradient.
Apply:
Adjust Blur> Gaussian Blur> Radius = 20.00
Repeat this step.
2-Add new layer.
Selection> Select All.
Open Close Up tube> Paste Into Selection.
Selections> none.
Apply:
Adjust> Blur> Motion Blur
Angle = 45.00
Strength = 100
Repeat this step two times.
Image> Mirror.
Effects> Distortion Effects> Warp
Horizontal = 24
Vertical =- 30
Size = 50
Strength = 50
Repeat.
Image> Mirror
Repeat Effects> Distortion Effects> Warp.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.
Add new layer. Selections> All.
Open and copy a texture to your liking.
There are several textures legal DeviantArt.
Copy> paste into selection.Selections> None.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen.
3 Open-tube close up, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate and position on the left.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen or whatever you want. Ouse.
Duplicate this layer and reduce the Opacity to 50% of the copy.
Add elements to your liking. Change the Blend Mode to Screen or to your liking.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits.
Add Border:
Turn the top layer, add New Layer> Selections> All.
Selections> Modify> Select> Selection> Borders:
Inside = Marked
Anti-Alias = Checked
Border Width = 1
Flood Fill with Gradient.
Effects> Texture Effects> Weave
Gap Size = 1
Width = 2
Opacity = 1
Weave Color = White
Gap Color = White
Fill Gaps = Marked
Add new layer below the layer edge.
Selections> All.
Selections> Modify> Select> Selection> Borders:
Inside = Marked
Anti-Alias = Checked
Border Width = 3
Flood Fill with white.
Drop shadow.
4-Animation
Open Animation Shop.
Open in AS, the animation chosen (circlesparkles_bymissy.mng).
Will be 17 frames.Edite> Select> All.
Go back to PSP.
Close the visibility of the following layers:
Borders, text, copyright credits, tube.
Edit> Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop> Edit Paste as New Animation
Duplicate the image until it has 17 frames.
Select>> All.
Go back to PSP.
Close the visibility of layers that were visible.
Open the visibility of layers:
Borders, text, credits, tube.
Edit> Copy Merged.
In AS> paste as new animation.
Duplicate the image until it has 17 frames.
Select>> All.
Highlight the background image of the tag.
Drag the animation and position on the first frame of the image background.
Place in desired location.
In the animation image> edit> select> all.
Highlight the image with the frame tube, marks, text
and drag the first frame to the first frame of the background layer.
Place. See how was the animation and save as .gif.

Open an image of 150x150 pixels.
