Tube and close up tube of your choice.

Let's begin!

1-Open a 900x900 pixel image and flood fill it white.
Open DBS_Frame03.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize desired.
Image> Rotate> Free Rotate
Direction: Left
Degrees: Free: 90.00
Duplicate this layer twice and you'll have 3 frame layers.
Keep the original, take the two copies to the back.
Move one of the copies to the right and one to the left.
Highlight the frame's original layer (top).
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the layer.
Selections> modify> expand = 20.
Open DBS_Paper09.jpg, copy, paste as new layer.
Take the paper layer below the layer's frame.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Keep selected.
Open the tube close up, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate and position.
Click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none> drop shadow.
Drop shadow on the layer of the frame and the tube.
Repeat the process by selecting the other two layers of the frame.
Copy and paste the paper.
Drop shadow.
V / H = 5
Opacity = 50
Blur = 8.00
Color = Black
2-Open DBS_Leaf01.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer 3 times and place them between layers of frames.

Open DBS_Leaves02.png
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place a layer of paper on the main frame, left side.
Layers> duplicate> image> mirror> image flip and place in the lower right.
Drop shadow.
Open the files:
DBS_Bow01.png
DBS_Rose08.png
DBS_Rose06.png
Copy, paste as new layers.
Resize appropriate.
Place a layer of lace on the bottom right.
Place this layer on the layer DBS_Rose08.png.
Place a layer just below the DBS_Rose06.png
Drop shadow.
Duplicate this layer and repeat the process with the lower left.
Drop shadow.
Duplicate the layer DBS_Rose06.png, position the top left.

Drop shadow.
Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate place, drop shadow.

3-Open DBS_Tag01.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Position the top left of the frame layer.
Drop shadow, type your text, drop shadow.
Open DBS_Bow01.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate and position on the layer DBS_Tag01.png,
Open DBS_Rose08.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position in the center of the layer of lace.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Open DBS_HeartScatter01.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Duplicate this layer three times and position to your liking.
Drop shadow.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
