Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Lorenzo DiMauro, which can be purchased here.
PTU scrap kit, Feliz Navidad, by Sky Scraps, which can be purchased here.
Mask: WSL_Mask84 by Chelle, here.
Picture or paper of your choice.
I used this, courtesy of Stock.Xchng.
Font: Despeinada.


Let's begin!

1-Open a file 900x900 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open SkyScraps-FN-f &.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the layer.
Selections> modify> expand = 18.
Highlight the background layer, add a new layer.
Open the picture or paper you choose, copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
Drop shadow on the layer's frame.
H / V = 5
Opacity = 24
Blur = 8, 00
Color = Black

2-Open SkyScraps-FN-e32.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place a little to the left.
Drop shadow.
Open SkyScraps-FN-e7.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer two times, then you have 3 layers.
Position as on my tag.
Drop shadow.
Open the tube you choose, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position on the right.
Drop shadow.

3-Open the files:
SkyScraps-FN-e6.png
SkyScraps-FN-e49.png
SkyScraps-FN-e48.png
SkyScraps-FN-e54.png (duplicate 2 times)
SkyScraps-FN-E13.png (duplicate 2 times)
SkyScraps-FN-e65.png
SkyScraps-FN-e64.png
SkyScraps-FN-e63.png
SkyScraps-FN-e47.png
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place your taste or see my tag for reference.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Selections> all> add new layer.
Open SkyScraps-FN-pp6.png.
Copy> paste into selections.
Selection> none.
Apply the mask, layers> merge group.
Adjust the mask to your liking.

Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
