Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Pin Up Toons, which can be purchased here.
PTU scrap kit, Gifts n' Goodies by Designs by Stina, which can be purchased here.

You can use the picture or paper you want.
Font: MeaCulpa.

Let's begin!

1-Open a file 900x900 and flood fill it white.
Open DBS_Frame06.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate (smart size).
Adjust> Sharpness> Unsharp Mask:
Radius = 1.00
Strength = 30
Clipping = 0
Luminance only = Checked
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the layer.
Selections> modify> expand = 20.00
Highlight the background layer.
Add new layer.
Open the image or paper to your liking, copy.
Paste into selections.
Keep the selection.
Open DBS_Deco07.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Selections> none.
Drop shadow.

2-Open DBS_Tree01.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position as the tag.
Drop shadow.
Open DBS_Gifts04.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the left side.
Add other elements to your liking.
Drop shadow.

3-Open the tubes, copy, paste them as new layers.
Resize and apply the appropriate Adjust> Sharpness> Unsharp Mask (same settings as above),
if layer is opaque.
Drop shadow.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
