Snow Animation or VDL Snowflake filter.
Animation Shop.
Clouds and trees by Rainbow Coffi, here.
Mask of your choice or the one I used here.
Font: Portfolio.


Let's begin!

1-Open an image of 800x800 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open the Special X-mas_ScrappingMar6.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the layer.
Selections> modify> expand = 12
Add a new layer below the frame layer.
Flood fill it white.
Keep selected.

2-Open the cloud tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Position> selections> invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Do the same with the tree tube by duplicating the layer and positioning.
Open the Special X-mas_ScrappingMar33.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Position, click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.
Drop shadow
Drop shadow in the frame layer (shadow on a new layer, marked).

3-Open the Special X-mas_ScrappingMar47.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate and position to the left.

Drop shadow.

4-Highlight the background layer.
Selections> all> add new layer.
Open a paper of your choice, copy.
Paste into selection.
Selections> none.
Apply the mask.
Layers> Merge group.
Adjust the mask to your liking.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights, and credits.
For the animation, proceed normally being guided here.
Save your tag as .gif.
