Supplies Needed:
Tube of your choice.

PTU scrap kit, In The Woods by Schnegge's Scraps, which can be purchased
here.
Mask: sg_stencil-flowered-octagon,
here.
Font: Jellyka Bees Handwriting.
Let's begin!
1-Open a file 800x800 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open Frame02_ITW_Schnegge.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Image> Rotate> Free Rotate
Direction = Left
Degrees = 2
Apply.
Using the magic want tool, click inside the frame layer.
Selections> modify> expand = 11.
Highlight the background layer, add a new layer.
Open Paper18_ITW_Schnegge.png, copy> paste into selection.
Open Grass_ITW_Schnegge.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position, selections> invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Drop shadow.
2-Open Mushroom_ITW_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Duplicate the layer 2 times, apply different resize.
Position as shown in the tag.
Drop shadow.
Open BalloonBaer_ITW_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the right side.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Open Leaf06_ITW_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate, duplicate layers.
Place, drop shadow.
Open Bow04_ITW_Schnegge.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position in the lower left.
Drop shadow.
Open Flower09_ITW_Schnegge.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer and place the bottom of the frame layer.
Drop shadow.
Open Cat_ITW_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position at the bottom.
Drop shadow.
Open Bat_ITW_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place in the upper left, drop shadow.
Highlight the layer backgrouns.
Selections> all> add a new layer.
Open Paper08_ITW_Schnegge.png, copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
Apply the mask, layers> merge group.
Adjust the mask to your liking.
Place.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
