Supplies Needed:

Tube. I used the art of Alain Viesca, which can be purchased here.
PTU scrapkit, Oriental Dreams, by Aussie Scraps Designs, here.
Tube mist,  even in the extra supplies.
Grass, including the extra supplies.
Mask: Becky_Mask023, included in the extra supplies.
Font: Orient Narrow.
Extra Supplies here.


Let's begin!

1 - Open an image of 800x800 and flood fill it white.
Open the file Fence.png.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Resize desired.
Place, drop shadow.
Open the tube mist, copy and paste as new layer.
Resize desired and position behind the fence layer.

2 - Open file Gazebo.png.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Drop shadow.
Open grass tube (or use from the picture tube).
Fix the layer of grass and duplicate it as many times as necessary.
See my tag for reference.

3 - Open the file Fir_Shrub.png.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Resize and position desired on the left.
Drop shadow.
Duplicate this layer and position on the right side on the layer fence.
Double again, resize a little less and position a little later.

4 - Open the file Flower2.png.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate and position on the left.
Drop shadow.
Duplicate this layer and position on the right.
Open your tube.
Copy it and paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Put it to the left.
Drop shadow.

5 - Highlight the background layer (flood filled white).
Selections> all.
Add a new layer.
Flood fill it with the following color: # aecbf7
Selections> None.
Apply the mask.
Layers> merge group.
Adjust the mask to your tag.
Add your text, ©copyright, license and watermark and save your tag.
