Let's begin! 1-Open an image of 800x800 pixels, flood fill it white. Open pd-frame-06.png, copy, paste as new layer. Resize appropriate. Using the magic wand selection, click inside the frame layer. Selections> modify expand = 12,00. Highlight the background layer, add a new layer. Open pd-pp-03.png, copy> paste into selection. Selection> none. Open pd-bubbles-02.png. Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate position. Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate. Place the frame layer. Drop shadow. Open pd-fish-05.png, copy, paste as new layer. Resize appropriate. Place in frame. Dropshadow. 2-Open: pd-seafoam.png pd-mermaid.png pd-dolphins.png pd-shell-05.png pd-shell-01.png Copy, paste as new layer. Resize appropriate. Place. See my tag for reference. Drop shadow. 3-Highlight the background layer. Open pd-waves-01.png. Copy, paste as new layer on the left. Open pd-glitter-01.png, copy, paste as new layer. Layers> duplicate> position to your liking. Open-pd net.png copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate. Layers> duplicate> position. Dropshadow.
