Change the settings if desired.
Apply a colorize to match your tube.
I used the following configuration:
Hue: 255
Saturation: 236
Apply.
Add new layer.
Fill with the same gradient used above.
Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur
Radious = 7
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to: Multiply.
Effects> Texture Effects> Texture, in the following configurations:

Repeat this texture.
Apply
Effects> Texture Effects> Blinds, the following configuration:
Width = 2

Vertical = Checked
Apply.

2-Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Place the tube and paste two more layers of the tube and give different resize.
Position them.
Duplicate the layer and apply the central tube, in print> Blur> Gaussian Blur> Radius = 3
Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light> Opacity = 80.
Duplicate this layer and change the Blend Mode to Screen> Opacity = 72.
Repeat the same process with the other two lower layers of the tube.
See my tag for reference.
Copy and paste some sparkles on the background to your taste.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits.
Add edge to your liking.
Save your tag.
