Supplies Needed

Tube or Close Up tube of your choice.
I used the art of Ismael Rac, which can be purchased  here.
PTU scrap kit, Some Birdie Loves You by Cinnamon Scraps, a beautiful kit,
which can be purchased at the store  Sophisti-Scraps.
Mask: your choice (optional).
Font: Pendulum.

Let's begin!br>
1-Open a file 800x800 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_frame2.png.
Copy, paste as new layer desired.
Highlight the background layer, add a new layer.
Highlight the frame layer and using the magic wand tool, select the inner layer, the first rectangle.
Hold down the Shift key and select the inner rectangle of the second layer.
Selection> Modify> Expand = 10
Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_paper5.jpg.
Copy> paste into selection.
Keep selected.
Open the tube closeup, copy, paste as new layer to the left of the frame layer.
Resize appropriate position.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.
Drop shadow.

2-Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_flower4.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer several times to resize and apply different for each layer.
Place the bottom of the frame layer.

Drop shadow.
Open the files:
CS_somebirdielovesyou_ribbon3.png (double layer)
CS_somebirdielovesyou_doodle2.png
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place, drop shadow.
Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position on the right side.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_leaves2.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the left side of the frame layer.
Layers> duplicate> image mirror.
Place the right side of the frame layer.
Drop shadow.
Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_birds.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position in the upper right of the frame.
Drop shadow.
Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_bee.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Layers> Duplicate, position, drop shadow.
Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_bow1.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Image> mirror, position in the upper right of the frame layer.
Drop shadow.
Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_flower5.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate position in the center of the layer bow1.
Layers> duplicate> resize desired.
Place beside the original layer.

Drop shadow.
Open CS_somebirdielovesyou_bird2.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place, drop shadow.
Apply the mask if desired.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
