Let's begin!
1-Open an image of 900x900 pixes and flood fillit white.
Open cbg_topaz_frame01.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the frame layer.
Selection> Modify> expand = 20.
Highlight the background layer.
Open cbg_topaz_paper14.jpg, copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate position.
Selections> invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.
Open cbg_topaz_leaves03.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Image> Rotate> Free Rotate
Direction = Right
Degrees=Free=90,00
Resize appropriate position under the frame layer in the upper left.
Drop shadow.
V = 4
H = 8
Opacity = 30
Blur = 10, 00
Color = Black
2-Open cbg_topaz_bow01.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate position on the frame layer at the top left.

Drop shadow.
Open the files:
cbg_topaz_box01.png
cbg_topaz_branch02.png (duplicate layer 1x)
cbg_topaz_box02.png (mirror image)
cbg_topaz_flower01.png (layers, duplicate 2x)
cbg_topaz_flower03.png
cbg_topaz_ribbon02.png
cbg_topaz_scatter02.png
Copy them and paste them as new layers.
Resize appropriate and position them at the bottom of the tag.

Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Open cbg_topaz_ribbon01.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, duplicate layer> mirror image.
Place the bottom of the tag.
Drop shadow.
Open cbg_topaz_butterflies01.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, duplicate layer.
Position to your liking.
Drop shadow.
Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place, drop shadow.
3-Highlight the frame layer.
Layers> duplicate,> Layers> Arrange> Move Down.
Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur
Radius = 10.00
Effects> Texture Effects> Texture
Texture = Bracks, the original configuration.
Apply.
Change the opacity of this layer to Multiply.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
