Supplies Needed:
Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Barbara Jensen, an exclusive tube for the store
Scraps N Crap.
PTU Scrap kit: Trashy Baby, by Sky Scraps, which can be purchased at the store Scraps And The City.
Font: Paradise Script Two.
* I applied colorize the tube and at the lighter layer of one of the flowers .*
Let's begin!
1-Open a file 900x900 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open SkyScraps-TB-F4.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Using the magic want tool, click inside the frame layer in a layer of the Rectangle.
Hold down the Shift key and click all the interiors of the rectangles.
Select> Modify> Expand = 10.
Highlight the background layer, add a new layer.
Open SkyScraps-TB-pp1.jpg, copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
2-Open SkyScraps-TB-E6.png, SkyScraps-TB-E44.png
Highlight the background layer.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Layers duplicate a time, each layer.
Place on the background layer.

Duplicate again, each flower layer> layer> move down.
Open SkyScraps-TB-E25.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize and position on the appropriate layer of the frame on the right side.
Adjust Blur> Gaussian Blur
Radius = 10
Apply a texture of the PSP.
Open SkyScraps-TB-E48.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position on the frame layer.

Open SkyScraps-TB-E17.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Duplicate the layer 2 times.
Place side of the frame layer and bottom.
Drop shadow.
Open SkyScraps-TB-E19.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer as many times as you are needed.
Place them along the layers of tape.
Drop shadow.
Open SkyScraps-TB-E13.png, SkyScraps-TB-E26.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position at the bottom of the tag.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the background layer.
Open:
SkyScraps-TB-E1.png
SkyScraps-TB-E40.png
Copy, paste as new layer.
Place the bottom.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the textured layer.
Open SkyScraps-TB-E22.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer and position behind the layers of flowers.
Drop shadow.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
