Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Keith Garvey, which can be purchased at the store PTE.
PTU scrap kit: Vive La Rentrée, by SkyScraps Designs,
which can be purchased at the store Scraps And The City.
Font: of your choice.

Let's begin!

1-Open an image of 900x900 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open Skyscraps-vlr-E29.png, copy, paste as new layer, resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the frame layer.
Selection> Modify> Expand = 20
Highlight the background layer, add a new layer.
Open Skyscraps-vlr-pp4.jpg, copy> paste into selection.
Keep the selection.
Open the tube closeup, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate, position in the frame.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> none.
Drop shadow.

2-Open Skyscraps-vlr-E3.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate, position on the right side.
Drop shadow.
Open Skyscraps-vlr-E23.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate, position as shown in the tag.
Drop shadow.
Open the files:
Skyscraps-VLR-E18.png
Skyscraps-VLR-E43.png
Skyscraps-VLR-E41.png
Skyscraps-VLR-E22.png
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Position. See my tag for reference.
Drop shadow.
Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Place, drop shadow.
Add other elements if desired.

Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
