Tuto Waiting For Your Touch by DEEP

Supplies Needed:

Tube of your choice.
I used the art of Barbara Jensen, which can be purchased here.
Purple&Mint, PTU scrap kit by Schnegge's Scraps, which can be purchased here.
Plugin: Mura's Meister Cloud.
Font: MitreSquare.
Animation Shop.

Let's begin!

1-Open a file 900x900 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open Frame1_pm_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer desired.
Using the freehand selection, make a selection around the frame layer.
Highlight the background layer, add a new layer.
Open p18pm_Schnegge.png, copy> paste into selection.
Keep the selection.
Add three new layers.
Name them: Cloud1, Cloud2, Cloud3.
Reduce the Opacity to 60% of those layers.
Fill each layer with the color:
# Accbce
Close the visibility of these layers.
Open DiamondRain_pm_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate position.
Selections> Invert and click delete on the keyboard.
Selections> Invert.
Keep the selection.

Discover the 2-layer visibility cloud1.
Effects> Mura's Meister> Cloud in the following configuration:

Apply.
Close cloud1 the visibility of the layer and highlight it.
Open cloud2 visibility of the layer and highlight it.
Apply the filter, but this time change the Effect to 85.
Close the visibility of layer cloud2.
Open cloud3 visibility of the layer and highlight it.
Apply the filter, but change the Effect to 95.
Close the visibility of this layer.
Selections> none.

3 - Open the files:
Butterfly2_pm_Schnegge.png
Butterfly1_pm_Schnegge.png
Ribbon3_pm_Schnegge.png
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Duplicate the layer Ribbon3_pm_Schnegge.png.
Place the layers.
See my tag for reference.
Drop shadow.
Open Bow2_pm_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place on top of the frame layer.
Drop shadow.
Open Heart3_pm_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the bottom left.
Dropshadow.
Open Flower5_pm_Schnegge.png.
Copy, paste as new layer, resize appropriate.
Place the bottom left.
Layers> duplicate> image> mirror.
Drop shadow.
Open your tube, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate position on the layers of flowers.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the frame layer.
Layers> duplicate the layer and light to the bottom (on the background layer).
Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur.
Radius = 15, 00.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits.

Highlight the four-layer DiamondRain_pm_Schnegge.png.
Drop shadow on a new layer.
Highlight the layer DiamondRain_pm_Schnegge.png.
Adjust> Add / Remove Noise> Add Noise
Uniform = Marked
Monochrome = Marked
Noise = 20%
Apply.
Open the visibility of layer cloud1.
Edit> Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop.
Edit Paste As New Animation.
Return to PSP> Undo.
Close the visibility of layer cloud1.
Open the visibility of layer cloud2
Highlight the layer DiamondRain_pm_Schnegge.png.
Adjust> Add / Remove Noise> Add Noise
Uniform = Marked
Monochrome = Marked
Noise = 30%
Apply.
Edit> Copy Merged.
In AS> Paste After Current Frame.
Return to PSP> Undo.
Close the visibility of layer cloud2
Open the visibility of layer cloud3.
Highlight the layer DiamondRain_pm_Schnegge.png.
Adjust> Add / Remove Noise> Add Noise
Uniform = Marked
Monochrome = Marked
Noise = 40%
Apply.
Edit> Copy Merged.
In AS see how has your animation.
Save your tag as a gif.
