Supplies Needed:
Tube of your choice.

PTU scrap kit, Whispers Of Autumn, by HorsePlay's Pasture Designs,
which can be purchased at the store
Lollipop's N Gumdrops.
Font: Before The Rain.
Recurso do Paint Shop Pro-Texture.
Let's begin!
Open an image of 900x900 pixels and flood fill it white.
Open HPD_WOA_18.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize desired.
Using the magic wand tool, click inside the frame layer.
Selections> modify> expand = 30.
Highlight the background layer, add a new layer.
Open HPD_WOA_Paper 9.jpg, copy> paste into selection.
Selections> none.
2-Open HPD_WOA_5.png, copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Image> mirror, position in the upper right of the frame layer.
Layers> Duplicate, position the lower left.
Drop shadow.
Highlight the frame layer.
Open the files:
HPD_WOA_39.png
HPD_WOA_38.png
HPD_WOA_7.png (image> mirror)
Copy, paste as new layer.
Resize appropriate.
Place the bottom of the frame layer.

Drop shadow.
Open HPD_WOA_10.png.
Copy, paste as new layer.
Place the bottom.
Drop shadow.
Duplicate the frame layer.
Take a copy of the frame layer onto the background layer.
Adjust> Blur> Gaussian Blur
Radius = 8, 00
Apply.
Effects> Texture Effects> Texture, in the following configurations:
Apply.
Add your text, marks, ©copyrights and credits and save your tag.
